Sheets, plates, lining

We offer a large assortment of wear-resistant polyurethane sheets, plates, bars, plates constantly in stock. Urgent custom-made sheets of non-standard size, cutting and lining services, delivery to any city of orders from 1 piece.

Polyurethane sheets can be used both as independent products (scrapers, pads, dielectric mats) and as semimanufactures for elements of dies, shock absorbers, and various gaskets.

Polyurethane sheets are much more durable than any brands of rubber, plastics and, in some cases, even ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Therefore, polyurethane sheets are often used to replace rubber pads, plastic plates, and even steel sheets (for example, in linings).

Polyurethane of various degrees of hardness is widely used in technological processes, where a comprehensive solution to the problem of abrasive wear, corrosion, adhesion, repeated shock and deforming loads is required.

Polyurethane sheets also have dielectric properties and chemical resistance to many aggressive media, therefore they are increasingly used in all industries.

The technology of our production allows us to produce sheets of any hardness, size and complex cutting within the range: thickness from 1 to 20mm, width up to 1000mm, length up to 4000mm.

Advantages of polyurethane sheets

Polyurethane in sheets has a wide range of advantages that distinguish it from other materials of similar use:

Resistance to mechanical stress

  • Excellent strength and tear resistance.
  • Withstand pressure up to 100 MPa.
  • Ability to restore the previous shape during deformation.
  • High elasticity of the material with different values of hardness.

Resistant to aggressive media and radiation.

  • Moisture resistance
  • Resistance to solvents and oils, sea water
  • Resistance to sea water
  • Resistance to radioactive radiation
  • Ozone and UV resistance

Frost resistance

  • Retention of characteristics over a wide temperature range. The lower operating limit of the operating temperature of polyurethane in sheets is -70 degrees.

Dielectric properties

  • They depend little on moisture and allow the production of polyurethane to be used not only for hydro-, thermo-, but also current-insulating coatings.

Resistance to microorganisms

  • The impossibility of the occurrence of mold and mildew on the surface of polyurethane, as well as the absence of rotting and corrosion.

Among the disadvantages of polyurethane, only its instability to nitric, formic and phosphoric acids can be noted. Also, at high temperatures and simultaneous exposure to alkali, the material may become unusable.

We offer to use the selection of sheets and plates from the assortment by size.

If you need an irregularly shaped and sized insert, you can purchase a standard blank for further processing or order customization. We also provide services for the restoration of the worn layer of metal-reinforced plates.
