How to place an order?

Adding an Item to the Shopping Cart

You can add items directly from catalogue pages, the search result pages or from any item’s product detail page. After you found an item(s) that interests you click the ADD TO CART button. If there is no such button, it means that price was not set or item is not available.
If you wish to add more than one item to your order, you can enter required amount before adding item to the cart in box near ADD TO CART button.

Goods on order

If there is no “add to cart” button, it means that the part is made to order or is temporarily out of stock. It happens sometimes. You can send a request for this part by clicking on the “Details” button.


In the next page that opens, fill in a few fields and click the orange button “Submit an application”.

Your cart

At any time you can see the contents of your basket by clicking on the words “Basket”, which are located in the upper right corner of the site.


By clicking on the “Basket” link, you will see the following page (see the figure below). There is a picture of the product, article and name, quantity, cost. You can adjust the number of products, add others or delete the ones selected by mistake. If all information has been verified, click on the “Place an order” button below.

How to Checkout

If you see empty fields of e-mail, index, etc. after clicking on the “Place an order” button, it means that you have not registered on the site yet or have entered anonymously. Therefore, if you are already registered on our site, then click on the “Login” button,

if not, then fill in the registration fields. Note! All registration fields are needed so that we can send you the goods using any of the transport companies you choose.

You can either Log In and use previously imposed Customer Information or Register.

To do this, you need to indicate your exact postal address (to which we can send the order), phone number (we will contact you if necessary, it is also needed when sending your order by the transport company), as well as your e-mail address (a letter will be sent to it with order confirmation and receipt or invoice for order payment), and of course, your surname, first name. Check phone numbers and email addresses carefully. Otherwise, you will not be able to receive an order confirmation and a receipt for payment until you contact us by phone yourself.
Our online store allows you to specify various data for the payer and recipient of your order, if you need it.

Order delivery


When placing an order, first of all, you need to decide on the delivery method for your order. First, check the correctness of the delivery address and, if necessary, correct the errors. Now choose a delivery option from the list offered on this page. Depending on the address you specified, the list of transport companies may vary. For large cities, the list can be long. If you do not see the delivery cost under the name of the company, after placing the order you will receive a letter from the manager with the amount of payment for delivery.

Once the shipping method is defined, you can proceed to defining the payment method.

Payment for the order


At the moment there are various payment options (see list below). Below is the amount with delivery, if delivery is included in the price. Select one of the payment options in the drop-down list on the right. Check the mandatory box of consent to the processing of personal data (in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation).

There are 2 more buttons on the same page. If you want to receive a notification about the order status by SMS, click the first button on the left. If you need specialist advice, click the second button on the left.

Now you can press the orange button “Checkout”.

Order Confirmation

On the next page, you will see a confirmation that you have successfully placed your order. Below you will find an orange payment button.

You can pay for your order within 5 days. The order will be sent to you after payment.

Automatic letters will be sent to your e-mail address, by which you can track the stages of order fulfillment.
